gracias 2011

As 2012 segues, and 2011 makes its final march... I just want to relive some of these memories in this blog.. and I just want to thank 2011 for coming and for making those things possible to happen. 2011 had been a rollercoaster ride.. happiness, grief, success, failure, pain, sacrifices, elation.. but one thing is constant-- there's always a rainbow after the rain.. 2011 was my final year in college, death of a loveone, sleepless nights of paper works, thesis, DR completions.. but gladly.. I did surpassed that and marched my way in that big stage on Graduation Day.. Pinned.. and next stop was review for the NLE.. But before that month long review.. I went to Manila for vacation and had the time of my life! July came... the board exams.. woah!! judgment day.. They say all you've learned in College.. in Nursing School all boils down to this.. and then.. sleepless nights of waiting for the result.. the agony.. the fear... nightmares.. August came.. and God didn't fail me.. He always prevails! yah always! I passed the NLE.. oathed.. now an RN.. A fully pledged licensed nurse.. I'm just waiting for my license.. And God really did want me to be a Nurse.. It was just like four years ago when I was still battling of what course to take.. And I just prayed when I took the exam for the WVSU-NAT(Nursing Aptitude Test), "Lord, kaw na bahala. If you let me passed, well that means that this is what you wanted for me". So that's it..
And also one of the best memories of 2011 is witnessing the first ever major concert of the man of my dreams, Kean Cipriano. Seeing him on the big stage was overwhelming.. I'm having my fan moment.. teary-eyed because I still couldn't believe that I'm there after all I've been through, just to be there.. but the sacrifices are worth it.. and also because I'm so proud and happy for him. "Oo, big deal para sakin. Malaking bagay naman talaga kasi e. If you know how to be a fan, siguro you'll understand what I felt. The surreal feelin' when you see your favorite band/ your ultimate idol on stage and the music that you share.. 'lam mo yun may connection e. Sensya, labo. Basta!" And because of Kean and Callalily I knew Callalista friends.. Solid e! :))
And ofcourse, family gatherings this year.. yung surprise thanksgiving party for me sa Paranaque na I was so surprised talaga. So many thanksgiving party! Of course, there are so many things to be thankful for! Thank you God for everything! And celebrating christmas and ofcourse New year with my dad-- complete family! Also had my rockstar moment on Xmas day. For music is my first love too, and that was a fulfillment of a dream. Hoping more to come. Terrific!! That's my 2011! Now signing off! But all the memories will be kept and be remembered.. forever.
That's life! :)) Though there have been ups and downs.. you'll always get through with it and be happy in every simple way.
